IP-PCVIEW	Baxall: IP-PCVIEW For the small to medium sized system requiring a main point of PC control with numerous cameras and traditional CCTV monitors with either a central location or remote monitoring sites. Multiple users can access the same video stream, only one user can take serial control. The Destiny View™ software is especially suited to those applications where the user wishes to derive the benefits of placing the video on the Ethernet network but does not wish to extend the purpose beyond CCTV. The Destiny View™ software platform provides constant quality viewing, control and recording. In this mode the user can be confident that the image that is set up at point of install and administration will be sustained thereafter. The Destiny IP system is designed to maintain video quality by varying the bit rate as required for increased colour or movement within the picture without degrading the quality of the image specified. To ensure that this does not have adverse implications for the network, the bit rate can be capped and the frame rate would then drop incrementally to sustain the quality of the image displayed.
