Paul is directly responsible for Norbain's significantly expanding international Export Sales Division. Using an effective combination of dealer network and direct sales partnerships, Paul ensures that the demand for CCTV and Access Control equipment within Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa is swiftly met.
With nearly 15 years senior management experience within major electronics corporations, predominantly in Export and Channel Management roles, Paul joined Norbain from an established US based company.
Looking to capitalise on his extensive market and cultural knowledge of China, South East Asia, the United States and mainland Europe, Paul is keen to add a significant international dimension to Norbain’s continued expansion.
Prior to joining Norbain Leon built his knowledge and experience of the security and technology market in a number of roles including Field Sales Engineer for a specialist distributor of technology products, Sales Manager at JVC Professional Europe, Sales Manager at Takex Europe and Internal Sales at Norbain SD Ltd.
As well as leading the Norbain Export Sales team on a day to day basis Leon is also responsible for Norbain clients in Greece, Turkey, Malta, Slovenia, Giraltar and Nigeria
