Guard Tour can be installed on any PC in the system. It provides graphical real time monitoring of guard activities and can be configured to give audible and visual alarms if a Guard or Guards arrive early or late at designated monitoring stations. Guard Tour also provides reporting facilities which meet insurance company requirements for "proof of guarding". Monitor and Transit points can be configured as card readers and may use existing access control readers or dedicated guard tour readers. Alternatively monitor and transit points can be inputs from external I/O devices such as a key switch.
