Image Monitor can be installed on any PC in the system. It is used to display a stored image upon presentation of a card at a designated reader. Comparison can then be made of the stored image with that of the person presenting the card. Image Monitor can be configured to allow simple visual comparison of cardholders passing through an access point, or can be set such that the operator making the comparison grants access by clicking on the "open door" button. It also allows monitoring of multiple access points, each of which can be configured to operate differently.
