Points to remember
 Everything on your customer’s invoice can be leased – not just the equipment. So why not quote a lease price on every quote you issue? Calculating the lease rental is easy so it need not hold up your quotes. Remember – leasing is a sales tool as well as a means of finance.
Leasing is for everyone - any installer can offer leasing to its customers subject to certain straightforward conditions.
Leasing makes more advanced systems affordable - the customer need not compromise on features when the ideal system is just a few pounds per week above the price of the ‘economy’ version
For the customer, leasing removes the overhead cost of installing the system - and it doesn’t eat into the customer’s existing credit facilities
Rental payments are fully tax deductible in the same tax year - whereas only a proportion of the total cost can be depreciated each year if the system is purchased |
