Norbain adds Geoquip to intruder detection offering

Norbain and Geoquip have now joined forces to offer Norbain’s customers an even wider selection of intruder detection products.
Geoquip is recognised as a world leader in the design, development and manufacture of electronic perimeter intrusion detection systems. Their products have been at the forefront of perimeter security worldwide in over 50 countries for over 25 years.

Geoquip’s successful global expansion has been driven by the introduction of a variety of new and technically advanced products. The core product line is based around fence mounted systems and includes well established brand names. These include Guard-wire, which provides an early warning of attack prior to entry, and Defensor, a fence-mounted perimeter intruder detection system that forms the first line against attempted intrusions.
Over the last three years Geoquip has consistently launched new and cutting edge products in order to fulfil their customers’ requirements for a total solution. Such products include Gthernet, a communications infrastructure largely developed for perimeter detection systems, IP CCTV and access control information. Also available is GeoLog, a Linux-based enterprise level security management system allowing Geoquip to offer a total security system.
