Norbain and Bosch celebrate Divar XF launch with free license offer
Mar 17 2009
Reading, UK
Available through Norbain, the new Bosch Divar XF is being offered with a free RAID or H.264 IP camera license with every unit purchased during March and April 2009. The Divar XF Hybrid Digital Video Recorder is setting the standard for video surveillance with H.264 video compression technology, hybrid H.264 camera capabilities and on-board optimised RAID-4 data protection technology.
The RAID license enables the recorder’s on-board RAID-4 technology to ensure maximum protection of recorded video. Even if a hard disk fails, no stored video is lost. The H.264 IP camera license allows a system to be expanded by connecting up to four H.264 IP cameras to the Divar XF.
The DVRs offer top-of-the-line performance and adaptability. Equipped with four front-replaceable HD drives and extensive integration features, the XF is ideal for medium to large-scale or growing systems.
“The Bosch Divar XF’s superior image quality and compression gets the most out of CCTV images,” says Buzz Coates, Norbain’s branded CCTV manager. “With a maximum of 4TB internal storage in addition to the optional RAID-4 protection, the DVRs are built for applications that demand the highest levels of data availability.”
