Norbain and Cooper Security celebrate a year in partnership

Cooper Security Ltd and Norbain are celebrating a year of working together and are extremely pleased with the results this relationship has achieved.
Cooper Security provides Norbain’s customers with industry leading security products under the names of Scantronic and Menvier offering a range of Alarm systems, Access Control and a full array of wireless products, including the newly launched i-on16 radio alarm.
The i-on16 offers the installer greater ease of installation and use resulting in fewer customer call outs. Cooper Security and Norbain are continuing to work together to make this latest radio alarm a big seller in the domestic market.
2009 promises to be a bigger, better year for further advances in the i-on range. May will see the launch of the i-on40 offering up to 40 zones suitable for large domestic or commercial premises. Norbain will play a big part in the success of these products.
Cooper Security are continuing to commit to the highest levels of support and training to help installers achieve the best standards possible with it’s newly launched installer support initiative – Touchpoint.
Touchpoint was launched in September as a result of listening to installers’ specific requirements for more effective technical support, better access to information and some reward for their loyalty and commitment to Scantronic and Menvier. With almost 2000 members already registered on the scheme, Cooper will continue to deliver the expectations of its loyal installers. Not only does it ‘fast track’ its members to technical support, it also offers a comprehensive training programme to give all Scantronic and Menvier installers the support they need. Training is provided at Cooper’s regular training events, on-line through the touchpoint academy and, for platinum partners, at their company premises.
