Thinking Software Time and Attendance Solution now available through Norbain

Norbain has now brought on Thinking Software to provide its customers with Rota Horizon, a fully functional time and attendance management package designed to compliment current access control systems.
Rota Horizon is compatible with Bewator, TDSi, ACT, Paxton, Impro and BSB Progeny access control systems. It provides "real-time" time and attendance functionality and helps employers and site managers to monitor the number of hours worked by their employees.
Rota Horizon also offers the benefit of payroll integration. As employees swipe in and out, Rota Horizon "pulls in" real-time attendance data and it can prepare and summarise that information to "push out" into a number of popular payroll software packages. This means that the user’s access control system can become a key driver in the accurate calculation of payroll.
As well as aiding regulatory compliance and health and safety, the integration of your access control system with Rota Horizon will reduce the cost of administering payroll significantly. With many more people working flexi-time or limited hours the time it takes to calculate hours and wages has inevitably increased. The availability of an automated payroll facility on the back of an existing access control investment should therefore prove very popular with firms of all sizes.
