Vista exhibits at Intersec 2008

Jan 3 2008

Reading, UK

Vista are exhibiting on stand 4111C at this year’s Intersec exhibition, held on 13th – 15th January 2008 in Dubai. The show allows visitors to network with other industry experts and see the latest technological and product developments.

Vista will be showing a wide range of their CCTV products and will be available to offer advice and take visitors through demonstrations of their latest equipment. Included in the line-up will be the following products:

Navigator, a mid-range DVR with 4, 10 or 16 camera inputs, offers excellent functionality. Simple to set-up but powerful in operation, the Navigator offers the installer and end-user a truly intuitive menu structure. Powerful record rates of 100 images per second at 2 CIF resolution with a choice of formats allows for both MPEG 4 and MJPEG compression

Vista Blade, an enterprise level real-time DVR with 4, 8 or 16 inputs, is capable of recording up to 400 images per second for 16 cameras at D1 resolution. Up to four internal drives support 3TB of storage and the internal cooling system prevents overheating. This sophisticated piece of engineering helps to optimise hard disk life and record rates, thus prolonging the life of the product.

The PowerDome2 range comes with improved housing design and more powerful camera modules, including 26:1 day/night and 23:1 day/night WDR. The domes include both camera yoke and black-box memory allowing either yoke or housing to be swapped out and automatically reprogrammed with camera settings such as presets, tours, privacy zones etc. without manual re-programming.

Graphica2 allows for control of the new Blade and Navigator DVRs. Packed with new features such as muli-site / multi-user operation over LAN, WAN and the internet, the software utilises an advanced user interface to combine conventional analogue video products and networked digital products, thus allowing direct streaming of IP cameras.

The PVM range of networked monitors has been developed specifically for the retail market for Point of Sale (PoS) applications. They allow promotional information to be run on a CCTV display as required or according to specific schedules and, because they are connected across a company’s network, they can be programmed remotely via a laptop or PC.
