The newly launched Axis 211W Network Camera is an ideal choice for indoor and outdoor security surveillance of retail stores, offices, hotels and university campuses, where the wireless network connection facilitates a flexible installation. Key features include superior image quality, simultaneous motion JPEG and MPEG-4, flexible installation with wireless capability, secure communication and outdoor option.

The Dallmeier Picodome is a new series of vandal-resistant, high-resolution, Ultra Wide Dynamic Range mini colour cameras featuring Cam_inPIX DPS technology for ultimate picture quality. The Dallmeier Picodome is the world’s smallest VR dome with Cam_inPIX picture quality. The initial range features three models: Minuett Flush (ceiling mount), Minuett Surface (as illustrated) and Symphony Surface (plastic surface mount).

The SD Range from Dedicated Micros offers the user a high-performance, easy-to-use, plug and play DVR with selectable record duration providing up to 30 or 60 days recording. Now available in 4*, 8, 12, 16 and 32* channel variants (*available shortly after product launch), the SD Range offers consistent recording duration and smooth motion video on ALL cameras out of the box.

Following the successful launch of JVC’s VR-N900U 9-channel network video recorder, JVC has now introduced a 16-channel network video recorder, the VR-N1600E (available Autumn 2007). It provides a single-box solution that is able to connect to any brand IP camera or encoder that is supported by Milestone XProtect software embedded at is core to offer a pure-IP solution. 

RISCO Group presents its IP and GSM/GPRS communication systems. ProSYS FreeCom provides the installer unrivalled flexibility to add on accessories and select the communication method per application. AGM Universal is an Advanced Communication Module which can be used as a primary or backup GSM communicator connected to any control panel with dialler, or as a Stand-alone "mini control-panel" with integral GSM communication.

Built-in IR LEDs and a varifocal lens equip Samsung Techwin’s new Day/Night colour/monochrome camera, the SIR-4150, with the ability to deliver high quality video even in zero light conditions. During the day the SIR-4150, which incorporates Samsung Techwin’s SSNR technology, delivers colour images at 520 TV lines whilst at night this superb camera can capture high quality monochrome images at 570 TV lines.

For a DVR that is priced as an entry level machine, the Sanyo DSR-2016 can hardly be accused of being light on features. Incorporating a CD-R/RW for easy back-up, the DSR-2016 is supplied with up to 1TB of on-board storage. Using MPEG-4 compression, the DSR-2016 offers up to 200 images per second recording across 16 channels and offers network connectivity by LAN and WAN.

The powerful, intelligent, all-in-one Sony NSR network surveillance recorder is extremely easy to use for multi-camera monitoring, recording, search and playback. It offers 1000GB storage capacity, 480 images per second recording and support for up to 64 audio channels. Incorporating intelligent video analytics including Video Motion Filter Alarms and Video Motion Filter Searches it provides high levels of operational efficiency and security.

The PowerDome 2 range from Vista comes with improved housing design and more powerful camera modules, including 26:1 day/night and 23:1 day/night WDR. The domes include both camera yoke and black-box memory allowing either yoke or housing to be swapped out and automatically reprogrammed with camera settings such as presets, tours, privacy zones etc. without manual re-programming.
