They will be using the event to launch the new eclipse DVR network viewer software. This software connects to the DVR via TCP/IP, allowing the operator to view live and recorded images over a network, via the user friendly Network Viewer GUI. This provides the added benefit of being able to download video clips to the local PC. The Network Viewer software is provided free of charge with the eclipse DVR.
Vista’s most popular and widely selling range of vari-focal dome cameras has seen an overhaul to ensure they continue to meet customer demands. The new pixim versions have been introduced for dynamic lighting conditions and the colour cameras have been upgraded to 540TVL.
The new Triplex™ DVR brings with it a host of additional benefits than previously available. These include the new JPEG2000 compression engine, reducing bandwidth requirements for networking increasing storage by 30-40%, plus the option of DVD-R and CD-R recording.
Visitors will also be able to see the new, fully featured 32 x 8 matracies, supporting 32 cameras and eight outputs. New features include coax control and the ability to cascade of up to four matrices, allowing them to all act as a single unit for a true cross point matrix of 128 x 8.
