Employees benefit at Norbain

Norbain SD, one of Europe’s most successful distributors of CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Detection solutions, has launched a dedicated employee benefits web site to provide its staff with easy access to their benefits package - consolidated and up-to-date, twenty-four hours a day, in well presented, easy to understand web pages.
With some 280 full time employees enjoying a wide range of attractive benefits in addition to basic salary, the company’s Human Resource department sought a flexible yet user-friendly way to improve the visibility and communication of employee benefits, whilst reducing the time and overall cost of administration.
"Our new employee web site is extremely informative and very easy to navigate through," says Sheila Livingstone, Human Resources Manager at Norbain. "Should a member of staff need real-time information relating to any one of the benefits they enjoy as an employee at Norbain they can easily access their personal details with a mouse click".
"As well as checking current benefit status with regard to life insurance, health care, dental plans, pensions, health club membership and so on, staff can also see what benefits they aren’t currently taking advantage of and make an informed decision on whether or not to participate in them".
"This latest investment in our personnel is just another one of the many reasons why Norbain enjoys one of the highest staff retention levels in the industry," concludes Miss Livingstone.
Norbain’s dedicated employee benefits website also contains links to a number of other relevant web sites that can help staff manage their finances, giving employees the opportunity to proactively take control of their financial wellbeing.
