| Alun John, Managing Director>> |
Alun John joined Norbain Electronics Limited in 1982, a mini conglomerate with diverse operations ranging from computer maintenance and the distribution of optical components, PCs and peripherals, power supplies and connectors. His initial role was as Product Manager in its fledgling security subsidiary Norbain Imaging Limited, and was promoted to the Board of Norbain plc as Sales and Marketing Director in 1988. Over the next six years Alun was instrumental in devising and implementing a strategy to dispose of the non-security businesses while building the CCTV enterprise that swiftly became the market leading CCTV supplier in the UK and Europe.
In May 1997, Alun was appointed Group Managing Director to steer the company through a turbulent period that saw the disposal of loss making subsidiaries in the UK and France. In 1999 he spearheaded a Management Buy Out vehicle, Upperpoint supported by PPM Ventures Limited, that upon completion of the transaction de-listed from the London Stock Exchange and took the business into the private sector.
In December 2006, Alun led the £128 million secondary buyout of Upperpoint, Norbain’s parent company, backed by Close Brothers Private Equity. Today, the group has market leading operations in the UK, South Africa and Portugal with revenues in excess of £130 million and employs 350 people.

| Sue is responsible for all financial activities that occur across the width and breadth of Norbain’s multi-million pound operation. An FCCA with 15 years of financial management experience, Sue holds membership of the Institute of Directors as well as the ACCA. |

| As Human Resources Director Victoria is responsible for Norbain’s Human Resources, Training, Health and Safety, and Facilities Management. A Member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel Development) and holding a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management, Victoria has 14 years’ experience in Human Resources, the last 6 being with Norbain. |

| Keith Purvis, Operations Director>> |
| Keith is responsible overall for the entire procurement, stock control, customer care, technical support, warehousing, and distribution of all product lines through Norbain. Having worked in professional purchasing and supply chain management for 13 years, Keith holds memberships of the Cranfield Management Association, the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply, and the Institute of Logistics and Transport. |

| Paul Blake, IT Director>> |
Paul's team is responsible for the complete IT and communications infrastructure that spans the company’s 4 sites. From the moment a customer order is received, until that order is shipped, the systems developed and supported by Paul and his team ensure the process runs smoothly and efficiently.
A Member of the Business Continuity Institute, the British Computer Society and the Call Managers Association, Paul has over 20 years’ experience in IT. |

| Andrew Pigram, Technical Director>> |
Andrew Pigram joined Norbain in March 2003 as Vista Brand Director with overall responsibility to drive forward the continuing development of the UK’s premier brand of CCTV equipment.
With a change in role in September 2008 to Technical Director for Norbain, Andrew will continue to oversee all aspects of the Vista brand whilst also assuming responsibility for the branded product management and business development teams in the CCTV, Access Control and Intruder product areas.
Andrew posses a wealth of experience in Product Management and will focus on some key initiatives with the Branded teams, such as improved management of product pricing. |

| Chris Webster, Sales Director>> |
With responsibility for Norbain’s entire sales operation, the experience Chris brings to the company from 20 years within the I.T. industry is pivotal in Norbain’s expansion plans to embrace digital and IP based security solutions.
Formally the European Sales Director for Ingram Micro, (the worlds biggest distributor of IT products), Chris is dedicated to ensuring that Norbain continues to strengthen customer relationships.

| Huw Edwards, Marketing Communications Director>> |
Edwards is a graduate of Cardiff University's Business School, and was a postgraduate student at the Loughborough University of Technology.
A member of the Institute of Directors, Huw has successfully led and grown Norbain’s Marketing Communications programme for a number of years and during that period has totally revamped the Norbain and Vista brand images in both physical events and electronic media.
With over 15 years in effective marketing communications, Huw is well placed to contribute to the continuing success of the company and the continued development of its major brands.
Prior to joining Norbain, Huw headed up the European marketing communications operation for a NASDAQ-listed software solutions provider.

Heather was promoted to Divisional Director of Sales, National Accounts in January 2008 and is responsible for the National Account division within Norbain, ensuring logistics and service level requirements of large, multi-branch customer base are achieved to the highest standard. |

| Amanda Gascoyne, Divisional Director of Sales (South)>> |
Amanda joined Norbain in September 2008, bringing with her extensive experience of sales and general management in the IT distribution market.
Amanda is responsible for the South Sales Division which geographically covers 27 counties and boroughs, from Birmingham to the South Coast. The Division is split into four sales teams, each made up of Field Sales Engineers, Internal Sales Engineers and Sales Support.
The team is able to assist trade installers with specifying the right products for their customers’ needs, giving professional attention at every single point of contact. |

Jan Beetson is Divisional Director of Sales with overall responsibility for developing the Network Video Centre (NVC) brand throughout the UK.
Working closely with Chris Webster, UK Sales Director, Jan is wholly responsible for the NVC team based in Rochdale which has developed a substantial national distributorship through being passionate about customer service. Jan joined NVC in May 2004 from Ultrak UK where, as Managing Director, she oversaw the sale of Ultrak to Honeywell. |
