Andrew Pigram, formerly Vista brand director, has been appointed technical director for Norbain. He brings with him over 20 years experience of marketing premium brands in the security, office equipment and electrical/IT sectors.
Retail: Knights BMW enhances customer experience with CCTV
Knights BMW Group are authorised suppliers of new and approved used BMWs and MINIs in Staffordshire. When they started running out of space at their old premises, they began the search for a site where they could build a showroom that would provide their customers with a truly outstanding experience. The Radial Park Site in Stoke-on-Trent was found and in June 2006, building began.
The site itself covers seven acres and houses a large quantity of high value vehicles. Effective security was obviously an essential component of the site from day one. Architects drew up the plans, and Maximum Protection Services was brought into design an electronic security system that would provide at least 60% coverage of the site, as required by Knights’ insurers.
